5 Roofing
          
          
          
          5.1 Material.  The roofing shall be of Metal Sales
          Manufacturing Company (East 2727 Trent Avenue; Spokane WA
          99202; (800) 572-6565) "Classic Rib" with the maker's
          "Colorfast 25" finish applied, or substantially similar
          product, applied in accord with the maker's requirements and
          recommendations.  You shall procure the roofing as panels of
          a convenient and usual width and of a length of 19'6" or as
          may otherwise be required by the truss design.
          
          
          5.2  Fasteners.  The roof shall be designed for and
          assembled with standard 30-gauge hex-head screws with
          integral neoprene/stainless-steel washers.
          
          
          5.3 Color.  The roofing color shall be the maker's "Forest
          Green" color.
          
          
          5.4.  Flashing.  The only opening in the roof over enclosed
          area will be that for the chimney.  That opening shall be
          very well and thoroughly flashed.  Any other penetrations of
          the roof, including that for the plumbing stack vent, shall 
          also be well flashed.
